J. Trevor Sudweeks
President
Trevor Sudweeks has been successful pursuing business opportunities for over 20
years.

In 1981, at the age of 18, he played on the Pro Raquetball Team and worked as a
coach professionally until 1986.

In 1986, at the age of 23, the entrepreneur in him was unleashed. He opened 4X4’
s and More in Sandy, Utah. This was a successful venture that specialized in 4-
wheel drive vehicle accessories and modifications.

In 1988, Trevor became an Executive Recruiter for The McCormick Group. He
was awarded “Rookie of the Year” and after 2 years, opened his own Recruiting
firm.

In 1992, Trevor sold his home and invested all of his assets/ equity, life savings,
etc in the development industry. The rest they say “Is History.” Trevor has been
flourishing in the real estate development industry for over fourteen years.   His
business achievements are largely due to his analytical abilities, his distinctive
judge of character and his willingness to take the necessary risks to be successful.

Trevor’s vision and expertise are guiding the creation of new and unique ideas in
the commercial development industry.  Currently, Trevor is developing a 20 Suite
Office Condominium Complex in the growing Murrieta area. On schedule for later
this year is another Office Condominium Complex comprising of 35,000 square
feet in Murrieta and approximately 40,000 square feet will be proposed in
Menifee, on Newport Road. Never a person to sit still for long, he continues to
investigate new residential and commercial growth opportunities.  

Under Trevor’s leadership, Sudweeks Development has evolved from single
person’s ambition to a recognized commercial development company of diversity
and respect.

Other than business, Trevor’s activities and interests have always included water
sports. He has participated the Hydrofoil Competitions and Exhibitions for
several consecutive years. In 2003, he finished 6th place in the World
Championship Competition and won the “Big Air” Competition in 2004. Trevor
has invested countless hours, time and financial backing towards the progression
of Hyrofoiling.  He always welcomes the opportunity to teach a newcomer the
ins and outs of the sport and continues to increase his own skills as well.
