Tod Egelund oversees construction for Sudweeks
Development. He recently completed construction of the
Los Alamos Business Park in Murrieta, a retail value of
over 4 million dollars. Tod is vital in the design,
engineering and building process. He has been in the
construction industry for over 15 years and has gained
valuable knowledge from his experiences. Tod owned and
operating a residential framing company in Utah. He was
responsible for all operations, personnel and inventory.
Currently, Tod is managing the building of the Jefferson
Pointe Professional Center in Murrieta, a retail value of
over 8 million dollars. Tod is responsible for supervising
the site, which can have as many as six sub-contractors
and their employees on any given day. He works in a fast
pace, yet ever changing environment. Tod is well versed
on current construction practices and is quite thorough –
understanding the value of quality work and expects the
same from all who work with him.
Tod is an expert hydrofoiler, wake boarder, and snow
boarder. Tod attended Bethel College in Kansas City, KS,
on a football scholarship and was a coach for a Youth
Football League in Salt Lake City, UT.
