Brandon Sudweeks was schooled by his father, J. Trevor Sudweeks,
throughout his adolescence about the importance of working
diligently, with professionalism and integrity. Brandon has worked
with his father for several years and has gained invaluable experience
in the real estate development industry.
Brandon has been a vital part of the company’s growth over the past
5 years. Brandon received his Real Estate Salesperson’s License in
early 2004. He has managed all of the real estate sales and acquisitions
for Sudweeks Development since that time. To date he has
accomplished over 30 million dollars in sales and acquisitions.
Currently, he is managing the sales and marketing for the Newport
Commons Professional Center and the Ivy Springs Business Park.
In early 2007, Brandon became a licensed California Real Estate
Broker. He is now the sole Owner of Sudweeks Commercial Real
Estate (SCRE), Inc and manages his company separate from
Sudweeks Development. Brandon's commercial brokerage brings
exceptional sales and marketing ability to assist the Sudweeks
Development team. He has worked hard to provide buyers and sellers

appreciation from all who work with him.
